Engjell Rraklli

Engjell Rraklli has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. They started their career as a Software Developer at Facilization in 2013 and later worked as a Software Engineer at TechMobile in 2015. In the same year, they also founded division5 and served as the Founder & CEO, specializing in providing development services and talent acquisition. Engjell Rraklli continued to gain experience in various positions, including being the Head of Development at Altea Digital sh.p.k. from 2015 to 2017. In 2019, they served as an Ambassador for the PIRATE Summit. Engjell Rraklli went on to co-found INTRO.chat in 2020, focusing on enhancing remote event networking experiences. In 2021, they co-founded KODO, an organization dedicated to nurturing the next generation of software developers. Engjell Rraklli also held positions as a Community Lead at GDG Tirana + WTM Albania and as a Co-Founder & Partner at BEEZ beginning in 2021 and 2022, respectively. Throughout their career, Engjell Rraklli has shown a passion for software development, entrepreneurship, and community involvement.

Engjell Rraklli obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Tirana during the period of 2010 to 2013. Later, they pursued their Master's degree in Computer Science from the same university from 2013 to 2015 although they never graduated.
