Cynthia Mulvihill

Cynthia Mulvihill is currently serving as the COO of a Stealth Mode Startup Company since August 2024, focusing on enabling fintechs and banks in LATAM to integrate automated investment solutions. Previously, Cynthia held the position of People & Culture Director at Quiena Inversiones from November 2020 to May 2024, and Gerente Regional Recursos Humanos at Afluenta from July 2018 to November 2020. Earlier roles also include positions in human resources at Radio Mitre, Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, Wärtsilä, and Megatlon. Cynthia's educational background includes a Diplomatura in Agile Methodologies from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional, a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Universidad del Salvador, an executive program in Digital Business Strategy from Universidad de Palermo, and a Licentiate in Labor Relations from the University of Buenos Aires.
