Amy Engebretson

Amy Engebretson is a highly experienced technical writer and project manager with a diverse background in quality engineering, instructional design, and documentation management. Currently serving as a Technical Writer at D&K Engineering since September 2019, Amy has developed work instructions and SOPs for FDA/ISO compliance. Prior experience includes consulting on ISO certification at Cisco Luxtera and project management at FICO, where Amy managed IT projects and documentation. At Southern California Edison, Amy designed instructional materials, and at Eastman Kodak, provided documentation and training project management for inkjet printers. Earlier roles include Technical Publications Manager at Phogenix Imaging and managing partner at Summit Labs, leading various documentation projects for military applications and other clients. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and a Project Management Certificate from the University of Phoenix.
