Jill Jarvis is a seasoned Project Manager and Agile Delivery Lead with extensive experience in IT project management and consultancy. Since April 2024, Jill has led cross-functional delivery teams at DLA Piper, implementing service modernization initiatives like ServiceNow CMDB configuration and automation within CI/CD pipelines. As a Director at True Step Consulting Limited since June 2016, Jill provides IT project management consultancy services.
