DLAB has over twenty years of experience helping brands grow and evolve through innovative product development and manufacturing expertise.  We are a second generation, family-owned business, operated by brother-sister founders, James Chang and Wendy McEvoy.  

In 2001 we opened our first facility with color cosmetics, establishing DLAB as a premier manufacturer of creative color concepts.  In 2011 we established our first-class, fine emulsions capabilities pioneering into the categories of skincare, personal care, and hair care development.

Today we produce high quality formulas in every category of beauty.  We are sought after by brands to produce unique, bespoke formulas and trend-setting innovation.   The DLAB Portfolio features every class of trade, including Indie Influencers, Clean Beauty creators, and globally revered brands.
