Dlala Studios
"Making games we love; with people we love; for people to love." From day 1 this has been the number one rule at Dlala, and whilst things have changed since the days in the garage that one rule has remained true. We take the work we create very seriously, however that doesn’t mean we have to take ourselves too seriously. Dlala Studios was founded in 2012 by two friends who had previously worked as programmers together at Jagex and Bossa Studios. Within the first 6 months of forming the studio, we released a Windows 8 launch title, were featured on the front cover of Develop Magazine (“Two Guys, One Game, No Cash”) and moved into Microsoft Games Studios Soho office to be their first ever internally incubated studio. Over the next 5 years the team grew from 2 guys in a garage to 16 wonderful people in a studio in Essex, with regular collaborators across the globe. We have spent the last five years focused on creativity, technical knowledge and producing high quality passion-driven work. It’s this drive that has seen us not only creating original IP but working with established IP and supporting some of the biggest companies across the globe. We’ve developed and shipped titles on Microsoft, Sony, Google, Apple and Linux platforms as well as Web Based applications and games.
