Jill Labarre

Jill LaBarre, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at DLL since June 2025, Jill also contributes as a Consulting HR Manager at PBO Advisory Group, providing strategic consulting and operational support to diverse organizations. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources at Strategic America and Bearence Management Group, as well as positions in human resources at Farm Bureau Financial Services, ARAG Legal Insurance, and Exeter Life Sciences, Inc. Jill holds a Master's of Public Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Drake University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Iowa.
