Rob Steenhorst

Rob Steenhorst is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in collections, recovery, and corporate finance. Currently serving as the Global Head of Collections & Recovery at DLL since July 2020, Rob oversees the global portfolio, minimizing risk costs, optimizing collections strategies, and monitoring various risk types. Prior to this role, Rob held significant positions including U.S. Portfolio Management Transformation Lead and Global Corporate Recovery Officer at CROP, as well as Country Manager for Caple International in the Netherlands. Rob's extensive background in the financial sector also includes leadership roles at Rabobank, where responsibilities spanned corporate lending and credit risk management. Rob holds a Master's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Tilburg University and has participated in executive programs at prestigious institutions such as Nyenrode Business University, IESE Business School, and London Business School.
