Carolina H. serves as the Global Head of Rewards & People Analytics at dLocal since February 2023 and previously held the roles of Global Head of Rewards & Talent Development. Carolina is responsible for structuring talent strategies and ensuring compliance across over 20 countries. As a Board Member and CHRO at ZiliCred since July 2022, Carolina provides strategic guidance on HR initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as Senior People Partner at EBANX, Head of Human Resources at Estrella Galicia do Brasil, and holding various HR managerial roles at Nestlé for over seven years, focusing on HR solutions, international assignments, and total rewards management. Carolina's career also includes positions at Natura, BDF NIVEA BRASIL, BRF, and GE. Carolina earned an MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a degree in International Relations from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
