Guilherme Lustoza currently serves as the Head of Customer Success for EMEA & APAC at dLocal since July 2021, after previously holding roles as Head of Customer Success for EMEA and as a Customer Success Manager Team Leader. Prior to dLocal, Guilherme worked at PagBrasil from November 2020 to July 2021 as a Senior International Account Manager, focusing on payment processing services for Brazilian clients and requiring technical knowledge about API integrations and Brazilian payment regulations. Guilherme's experience also includes a significant tenure at Booking.com from October 2013 to November 2020, where responsibilities included serving as an Account Manager and Key Account Manager, as well as Coordinator of Hotels. Earlier in the career, Guilherme was a Customer Relationship Coordinator at Smartbox from May 2012 to April 2013. Guilherme holds a Postgraduate Degree in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking from FIA Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from Centro Universitário Senac.
