Hope Birkel

Hope Birkel is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Federal Pursuit Marketing Manager at DLR Group since July 2023. Previously, Hope held the position of Marketing Director at It's a Go Pursuits (ITSAGO!) from November 2022 to June 2023, focusing on equipping teams with essential skills and routines. With extensive experience at LEO A DALY from 2015 to 2022, roles included National Market Sector Manager and Senior Proposal/Market Manager, where operational management and proposal processes were streamlined. Earlier experience at HDR spanned over a decade in marketing communications, and prior roles included positions at the Nebraska Rural Water Association and Labat-Anderson Incorporated. Hope holds a Master of Arts in Managerial Communications from Bellevue University and a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Biology from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
