Kelly Black

Kelly Black currently serves as the VP of Total Rewards at DLR Group, where responsibilities include developing a long-term strategy to enhance total rewards offerings for talent acquisition and retention. Prior to this role, Kelly was the Director of Total Rewards at Starkey Hearing Technologies, overseeing a variety of employee benefits and HR operations, and held the position of Senior Manager of Benefits and HR Operations at the same company, developing a multi-state benefits strategy for large financial plans. Earlier experience includes serving as Benefits Manager at New Horizon Academy, where Kelly led health and welfare design for over 2,100 employees, and began a career in accounting as a Staff Accountant at LarsonAllen. Kelly holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas.
