Roy Izaguirre is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in systems administration and support engineering. Currently serving as an Information Systems Administrator at DLZ Corporation since January 2023, Roy oversees IT operations for the Costa Rica site, ensuring smooth functionality for staff and providing system engineering support. Previously, Roy worked at Microsoft from November 2017 to August 2023 as an Azure Support Escalation Engineer and Azure Support Engineer, managing critical customer issues within Azure's IaaS platform. Additional experience includes roles at Fiserv, Experian, Bank of America, Hewlett-Packard, and Sistemas Globalizados, where skills in systems engineering, data transmission, and support for messaging environments were further developed. Currently, Roy is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at Universidad Latina de Costa Rica.
