Nathan Hagemeier has a diverse work experience starting as an Infantry Officer in the US Army, where they served for four years with a focus on combat and peacetime missions. Nathan then joined Lutron Electronics as a Regional Sales Manager and quickly progressed to become the Director of Sales Operations, overseeing all North American sales. After leaving Lutron, they became a Vice President and Partner at Lonestar Electric Supply, where they successfully grew the startup electrical equipment distributor and increased revenue from $47M to $243M in just three years. Nathan Hagemeier was later recruited back to Lutron as the Managing Director for the Europe and Africa division, where they restructured and managed the division while overseeing sales, marketing, operations, and manufacturing. Currently, they are Vice President of Sales at DMF Lighting.
Nathan Hagemeier holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida. Nathan has also completed the Sales Management Program at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
