Torsten Szigat's work experience begins in 1997 as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at АО ЭКОЛЕС. Torsten then worked as a Production Planner at Klausner Group from 1999 to 2000. From 2000 to 2003, they were a Mechanical Engineer at Bargstedt Handlingsysteme GmbH. Torsten joined KHS GmbH in 2003, where they held roles as Project Manager and Mechanical Engineer until 2016. In 2016, they started working at KHS USA, Inc. as a Mechanical Engineer. From 2016 to 2019, they were the Production & Sustaining Engineering Manager at DMF Lighting. Torsten then became the Application and Sustaining Engineering Manager at DMF Lighting from 2019 to 2022. Currently, they are the Director of Operations Engineering at DMF Lighting, a role they began in 2022. Throughout their career, Torsten has had experience in various aspects of engineering, project management, and operations.
Torsten Szigat attended the Rosenheim Technical University of Applied Sciences from 1994 to 1999, where they obtained a "Diplom Ingenieur" degree in Mechanical Engineering and Wood Technology.
