Will is an employment Partner based in the Gatwick office. He joined the firm when it merged with Rawlison Butler in September 2017.
Predominately Will works with corporate clients but also advises senior executives.
Will has expertise in all areas of employment law. In addition to advising corporate clients on avoiding and resolving complex legal issues, company restructures and international issues, he has particular experience dealing with the termination of senior executives.
Will’s particular expertise covers company sales and restructures, TUPE, negotiation of senior executive service contracts and severance terms, restrictive covenants, unfair dismissal claims and discrimination.
He qualified as a solicitor in 2001.
