Lauren McGrath

Lauren McGrath, MBA is currently serving as the Associate Email Strategy & Execution Manager at DMi Partners. Previously, Lauren worked as a Digital Marketing Lead at Hemp Black, where they sourced third-party content and oversaw production phases. Prior to that, at Thomas Jefferson University, Lauren was a Graduate Research Assistant focusing on sustainability in the fashion and textile industries. Lauren also has experience as an Assistant Catalyst at the College of Design, Engineering, and Commerce, where they facilitated collaboration on a sustainability research project. Lauren holds a Master's in Business Administration in Innovation and a Bachelor's in Fashion Merchandising and Management from Thomas Jefferson University.
