OANEA Radu Mihai is an experienced electrical and automation engineer with a strong background in project management and technical design. Currently serving as the Manager of the Electrical Department at DMT MARINE EQUIPMENT, OANEA coordinates complex projects, enhances electrical processes, and provides technical support while leading a team in maintaining high technical standards. OANEA's previous roles include Automation and Electrical Principal Engineer at ICEPRONAV Engineering, responsible for shipyard electrical and automation site support, and Automation Engineer at ArcelorMittal, where OANEA improved system reliability. OANEA holds a Master's degree in Rational Energy Use and Renewable Sources and a Bachelor's degree in Power Electronics and Electrical Drives.
