Frank's tenure at DMW&H spanned from April 1993 to June 2019, where notable roles included Senior VP of Engineering and VP of System Design and Integration. Earlier in Frank's career, an Engineering Manager role was held at High Technology Corp from March 1987 to April 1993. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University, obtained between 1983 and 1986.
