Liann Nitta Mackay possesses extensive experience in quality assurance and operations within the medical and scientific instrumentation fields. Currently serving as Quality Operations Manager at DNA Genotek since December 2019, Liann previously held roles such as Senior Quality Assurance Specialist and Quality Assurance Manager at RBR Ltd., where responsibilities included overseeing instrument quality for oceanic measurement sensors. Earlier career milestones at Abbott from February 2002 to August 2018 included various positions, culminating in Manager of Incoming Quality, focusing on technical oversight in quality control and compliance with industry standards. Liann holds an Engineer's Degree in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Ottawa.
