Chiao-Feng Lin

Chiao-Feng Lin is a Principal Scientist at DNAnexus since July 2018, with previous experience as a Senior Bioinformatician at Partners HealthCare (currently Mass General Brigham) from June 2015 to June 2018. Chiao-Feng's expertise encompasses personalized medicine, genomic medicine, biobanking, pharmacogenomics testing, and genetic variant autoclassification. Prior roles include Bioinformatician II at Hebrew SeniorLife, focusing on GWAS and musculoskeletal genetics, and various positions at the Perelman School of Medicine, University of Pennsylvania, where contributions were made to DNA-seq pipelines and neurodegenerative disease genomics. Education includes a PhD in Biology with a focus on Molecular Evolution, Genomics, and Bioinformatics from Penn State University, a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from The University of Texas at Austin, and a BS in Electronic Engineering from Chung Yuan Christian University.
