Jon Grimes

Jon Grimes is an experienced professional in employee engagement and leadership development, currently serving as the Group Head of Employee Experience at DNV since January 2021, where responsibilities include defining the employer brand and driving people strategy. Prior to this role, Jon held various leadership positions, including Group Head of Leadership Development at DNV GL Group from October 2013 to January 2021, and Group Head of People Development at Germanischer Lloyd from April 2009 to October 2013. Earlier in the career, Jon worked as a Learning and Development Manager at E.ON from 2005 to 2009 and at Sainsbury's from September 1988 to December 2004.
