Jacob's experience at Sweetwater involved both managerial and senior analytical roles, focusing on enhancing decision-making and operational efficiency in the largest online music retailer in the U.S. With a foundational career in engineering, Jacob started as a Network Engineer at Applied Technology Group, Inc., and held positions in network infrastructure and IT support in the US Army. Jacob holds an MBA from Purdue University Fort Wayne and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the same institution.
