Anis Bekdash is a seasoned Solution Architect currently employed at Do IT Wise, an Inetum Group Company, since November 2018, where responsibilities include designing and implementing tailored ServiceNow solutions and driving digital transformation efforts. Prior experience includes serving as a Pre-sales Solution Architect at DXC Technology, focusing on ITSM tools and processes, and managing capacity and availability for HP, ensuring infrastructure met business requirements. Anis has also held roles at CableTel as Business Process Manager and Regional Customer Service Manager, and at Cosmo Bulgaria Mobile and Mobiltel in customer service capacities. Anis obtained a degree from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski between 2000 and 2004.
