Valeria Ribarska is an experienced project manager currently at Do IT Wise, a ServiceNow Elite Partner acquired by Inetum, since April 2023. Prior to this role, Valeria served as the IT Service Management Team Lead at DXC Technology from October 2018 to April 2023, where responsibilities included leading service managers, managing availability and capacity processes, and enhancing customer collaboration across various sectors, including banking and automotive. Valeria has held significant positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, focusing on configuration, capacity, and availability process leadership for notable clients such as Rolls-Royce and Fortum. Valeria's career began at SGS Bulgaria and included a role at Belfast International Airport. Valeria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Technical University of Sofia and a Master’s degree in Management and Organisational Excellence from New Bulgarian University.
