Laura's role includes overseeing agile recruiting, personnel selection, and talent management, along with executive consulting and project management. Prior positions at DocCheck and antwerpes ag involved leadership in various HR functions, including team recruiting and talent acquisition, emphasizing strategic and operational marketing, as well as personnel development. Laura's career began with experiences in neuropsychology and quality management, complemented by academic credentials, including a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Bonn.
