Gustavo Cunha is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and product management, currently serving as a Product Operations Specialist at Docket since June 2022. In this role, Gustavo oversees multiple integrated areas, including Customer Success and Quality Assurance, with a focus on optimizing operational processes and enhancing customer experience. Prior to Docket, Gustavo held several management positions at Ambev from October 2014 to February 2022, including Production Manager and Industrial Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included leading production teams, managing performance indicators, and driving strategic initiatives for operational efficiency and cost reduction.
