David Applegate has a work experience spanning over different companies and roles. David started their career at Thomas Weisel Partners in 2006 as an Asset Management professional until 2008. In 2009, they joined a Family Office as a Portfolio Manager and served until 2014. Finally, in 2014, they became the CEO at DocMatter, where they have been working ever since.
David Applegate attended Bellarmine College Preparatory from 1994 to 1998. Then, from 1998 to 2002, they studied at the University of California, Berkeley, though the specific degree or field of study is unknown.
