Adi Segal

Adi Segal has extensive work experience in Human Resources. They currently hold the position of Human Resources Manager at DoControl, where they have developed and implemented HR systems, established scalable frameworks and processes, and provided valuable insights and guidance to executives and managers. Prior to this role, Adi worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Travel Booster, powered by Galor, where they were responsible for end-to-end technical recruitment processes and acted as a point of contact for employees throughout the employee life cycle. They also planned and executed various company events and welfare activities. Adi's career in HR began as a People Operations professional at Travel Booster in 2009, where they worked until 2015.

Adi Segal has a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from The College of Management Academic Studies, which was obtained between 2004 and 2007. Following the completion of the Bachelor's degree, Adi Segal pursued a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior Studies at the same institution from 2008 to 2010.
