Jose Luis Ortiz Perales serves as the Regional Customer Success Leader for Spain and Mexico at DocPlanner, the largest health CRM management software provider in Europe and Latin America. With extensive experience in customer success, sales, and healthcare IT consulting, Jose Luis has held various roles including Partnership & Customer Success Director, Sales Manager & Team Leader, and Sales Consultant. Prior to DocPlanner, Jose Luis worked at Ecaresoft Inc. as Head of Pre-Sales for LATAM and Healthcare IT Consultant, and has also held positions at a health government institution and the National Rehabilitation Institute. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Innovation and Technology Management from the University of Bath and a degree in Biomedical Engineering from Universidad de Monterrey.
