Frédéric Charpentier

Frédéric Charpentier is an experienced cybersecurity and product security professional currently serving as the Head of Product Security at Doctolib since January 2022. Previously, Frédéric held multiple leadership roles at L'Oréal, including CTO of the Digital Products and Innovation Factory, where responsibilities encompassed creating data, AI, and AR-driven online experiences, and serving as CISO for global digital initiatives aimed at securing the company's digital transformation. Frédéric also co-founded XMCO, overseeing business development and leading a team in cybersecurity advisory and forensics. Earlier in the career, Frédéric worked as a penetration tester at BT and gained comprehensive expertise in security assessments and PCI DSS auditing. Frédéric holds a Master's Degree in Softwares, Networks, Systems, and Databases from Polytech Nantes.
