Our teams are made up of tens of thousands of health professionals, logistics and administrative staff bound together by our charter. Our work is guided by medical ethics and the principles of impartiality, independence, and neutrality. We are a non-profit, self-governed, member-based organization. MSF-USA supports the organization’s medical humanitarian action through staff recruitment, fundraising, communications and awareness-raising, and advocacy in the United States.
