Nicki Brown

Nicki Brown, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at Docupace, where responsibilities include implementing and managing the new HRMS, HiBob, since November 2023. Previously, Nicki held the position of Associate Vice President of People & Culture at the Financial Services Institute from December 2014 to October 2023, specializing in talent management, employee engagement, culture building, and policy management. Additional experience includes roles such as Director of Corporate Relations & Culture and Manager of Corporate Relations at the Association of Clinical Research Professionals, and various positions in resource management and case management. Nicki holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and has pursued further education at Indiana University Bloomington.
