Troy Phillips

Troy Phillips is an experienced sales professional specializing in federal government sales within the technology sector. Currently serving as Area Vice President at Docusign since February 2025, Troy has previously held senior roles at Salesforce, including Senior Regional Vice President for MuleSoft focused on US Federal Civilian and Canadian Government, as well as Regional Vice President for MuleSoft in the Federal Civilian sector. Prior to that, Troy worked as Sales Director for SLED East at Red Hat and held various positions at Oracle, including Federal Account Executive and Government Account Executive. Troy began a career at Red Hat as Middleware Account Manager for the Federal Team. Troy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Management Systems from Longwood University.
