Udesh Naicker

Udesh Naicker is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in enterprise applications and IT strategy. Currently serving as the Group Vice President of Enterprise Applications at DocuSign, Udesh oversees the enterprise application strategy for a $2.7 billion global software subscription business. Previously, Udesh held the position of VP of Enterprise IT at Pandora, leading IT operations and strategy to ensure scalable application services. Earlier roles include Senior Director at Electronic Arts, where Udesh directed application strategy for a $4 billion video game business, and Director of Applications at PDL Biopharma, transforming business applications to support significant revenue growth. Udesh's career also includes significant contributions to companies such as Agilent Technologies, Samsung SDS, Idea Integration, South African Transport Services, and Siemens Information Systems. Udesh earned an education from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
