Emily Stephenson, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Doeren Mayhew since August 2012. In this role, Emily manages college recruitment efforts, organizes on-campus recruiting activities, and develops internship programs, while also overseeing employee onboarding and compliance with employment laws. Prior to this, Emily demonstrated leadership as a captain of the Miami Varsity Synchronized Skating Team, achieving national championships and gaining skills in communication and teamwork. Additional experience includes a human resources internship at Limited Brands, where Emily contributed to various HR projects. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communications and Entrepreneurship from Miami University.
