Simon Gadgaard is an experienced leader in the engineering and operational management sectors, currently serving as Managing Director at DOF Denmark A/S since December 2024. Previously, Simon held significant roles at Maersk Supply Service and Noble Corporation, with responsibilities encompassing regional leadership, operational integrity, and strategic development across various engineering and operational disciplines. Notable achievements include the development of operational strategies, M&A involvement, and implementation of new project execution models at Maersk Drilling. Simon's educational background includes multiple Master’s degrees in Applied Mechanics, Innovation Management, and Engineering from prestigious institutions, complemented by a graduate experience at A.P. Moller - Maersk.
