Jessica Graves

Jessica Graves has extensive experience in risk management and human resources, currently serving as the Risk Management Manager at Doherty Enterprises since May 2013. In this role, Jessica oversees the Worker’s Compensation program for over 10,000 employees and manages the General Liability program for more than 140 restaurants. Previous positions at Doherty Enterprises include Risk Management Coordinator and Human Resources Coordinator, where Jessica similarly handled claims and employee communications. Additional experience includes administrative roles at U.S. RE Corporation and NVC Logistics Group, as well as staffing positions at GSI Staffing, Inc. Jessica's career began in the retail sector as an Assistant Manager at Sally Beauty Company. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from St. Thomas Aquinas College.
