Randy Collins is an experienced Facilities Manager with extensive expertise in managing maintenance operations for the restaurant industry. Currently employed at Doherty Enterprises since September 1999, Randy oversees a team of 10 technicians responsible for the upkeep of 68 restaurants. Key responsibilities include approving and coding billing, scheduling, managing outside vendors, coordinating special projects, and overseeing equipment ordering and installation as well as preventive maintenance scheduling. Prior to this role, Randy served as Facilities Manager at Sizzler USA from March 1981 to April 1999. Randy completed education at Ewing High, graduating in 1978.
