Piotr Witold Niedziela

Piotr Witold Niedziela is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Finance Director at Döhler Sp. z o.o., Piotr oversees all finance activities in Poland, leading a team of 16 FTEs. Previously, Piotr held the position of interim Finance Manager at NewCold, where responsibilities included project leadership within the finance organization. Piotr's career at DSM spanned nearly two decades, culminating in the role of SubRegional Manager for Eastern Europe, overseeing a business worth 80 million EUR across nine countries. Educational credentials include doctoral studies in Business Management and Finance from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, along with multiple postgraduate degrees in Tax Law and Financial Accounting, and an MBA from the University of West London. Piotr has also completed a custom program at IESE Business School and participated in management and leadership training at DSM Business Academy.
