Blake Dixon has worked in the media industry since 2015. Blake began their career as a Digital Media Intern at Bold Man and the Sea Media, where they were a production assistant, editing assistant, and managed blog and social media accounts. Blake was also in charge of organizing content and contributing to story development for clients such as Carnival Cruiseline. In 2015, they also began working as a Videographer & Editor for the University of Florida, where they filmed, recorded sound, and edited for the UF Imagining Climate Change Initiative two semester event. This included a round table discussion with scientists and fiction writers on the topic of climate change, as well as conducting and shooting interviews with panelists. In 2017, they worked as a Multimedia Editor for BrandFire Creative Agency and as a Production/Craft Assistant for Lucky Tiger Productions. From 2018 to 2022, they worked as a Video Editor/Project Coordinator for Brooklyn Robot Foundry, and as a Freelance Video Editor for both Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare and TED Conferences. Currently, they are employed as a Video Editor for Doing Things Media.

Blake Dixon attended the University of Florida from 2013 to 2017, where they received their Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
