Robert Howes

Robert Howes is an accomplished technology executive and advisor with extensive experience in engineering and management roles across various companies. Currently serving as VP of Engineering at Dojo since April 2023, Robert has also been an Antler Advisor since June 2019, mentoring startup founders in the venture capital space. Previously, Robert held the position of CTO & Board Advisor at Judopay from June 2018 to December 2022 and co-founded Algomi, where responsibilities included COO and Chief Architect, overseeing multiple business functions and facilitating the company's growth in capital markets technology. Earlier career experiences include co-founding CapXD Ltd and working as Associate Director - FI eBusiness at UBS Investment Bank. Robert holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems Engineering from Imperial College London.
