Gintas Balčiūnas is an experienced entrepreneur and technology professional, serving as the Founder and CEO of Dokobit since January 2014. Prior to this role, Gintas co-founded Estina, a web development company specializing in large-scale e-commerce projects, which was later acquired by Boozt. Gintas also co-founded EasyProve, a SaaS platform for procurement management, and co-founded Open Coffee Club Vilnius, which fosters networking among business professionals. Additionally, Gintas held key positions as a Board Member at Atviras Kodas Lietuvai, promoting open standards in Lithuania, and served as a Project Manager at Patikimi Sprendimai, UAB. Gintas began a career in technology as a Network Administrator at Rygveda, UAB, focusing on network maintenance and automation. Gintas holds a Master’s degree in Data Mining and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, complemented by earlier studies in computer science.
