Katarzyna Swierkot

Katarzyna Swierkot has extensive experience in people operations and human resources, having worked at Dolby Laboratories since May 2018 in various roles, including Team Leader and Senior People Operations Analyst. Prior to this, Katarzyna served as a Senior HR Specialist at HP from March 2013 to April 2018, and gained early experience as a Psychologist and student counsellor at Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa we Wrocławiu from September 2009 to December 2012. Katarzyna's educational background includes a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Silesia in Katowice and a postgraduate degree in Project Management from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business.
