Youky Koh

Youky Koh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Dolby Laboratories since July 2007, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Field Enablement in Operations. In this role, Youky oversees a skilled team focused on developing and executing enablement strategies for a global sales and support organization, providing training and onboarding for technical staff, and conducting needs assessments to enhance learning opportunities. As a core member of the IdeaQuest planning team, Youky contributed to the internal innovation convention that birthed key offerings like Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos. Previous positions include Program Manager for Customer & Product Support Planning and Broadcast OEM Support Engineer, where Youky facilitated product rollouts and provided technical support. Youky's career began at Samsung Electronics as an Applications Engineer, and early experience involved managing studio sessions and equipment at the University of Miami, where Youky earned a BS in Music with a focus on Music Engineering, Computer Science, and Classical Performance.
