Steve Deckard

Steven Deckard has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as Executive Vice President of Store Operations & Development at Dollar General since February 2006, with a progressive background that includes roles such as Executive Vice President of Growth and Emerging Markets and Senior Vice President of Store Operations. Prior to Dollar General, Steven worked at Wal Mart Stores Incorporated from 1990 to 2005, contributing to store operations. Steven holds a Master of Science in Strategic Management and a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management, both from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
