Amanda Chapman has extensive experience in financial planning and strategic management, currently serving as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Dollar Tree Stores since October 2007. In this role, Amanda oversees merchandise assortment and item plans to meet financial targets while providing strategic advice to leadership. Previous positions at Dollar Tree include Assortment Planning Director, Strategic Planning Director, and Strategic Planning Manager, where Amanda managed projects that improved customer experience and operational efficiency. Prior to Dollar Tree, Amanda held the position of Vice President at Envest Ventures and Project Manager at The World Bank. Amanda holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BA in International Politics from Penn State University, with additional studies at IESE Business School and The American University in Cairo.
