Matt Crawford

Matt Crawford is the Director of Finance - Inventory Accounting at Dollar Tree Stores, overseeing the inventory accounting for both Dollar Tree and Dollar Tree Canada, which includes more than 8,100 retail locations. Responsibilities include managing the monthly inventory financial close process, gross margin reporting and analysis, as well as annual budgeting and inventory compliance. Prior to this role, Crawford served as Manager of Internal Audit and Accounting Compliance Manager at Smithfield Foods, and as an Adjunct Professor teaching Managerial Finance at Christopher Newport University. Additional experience includes positions as Financial Controls Auditor, Tax Specialist, and Credit Management Trainee at Ferguson Enterprises. Matt Crawford holds an MBA from William & Mary and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Finance from Longwood University.
