Lourdes Swenson

Lourdes Swenson (Tirado) currently serves as a Sr. People Business Partner at Doma (formerly States Title) since January 2021. Prior to this role, Lourdes was the Director of Human Resources at North American Title from January 2019 to January 2021 and served as the Director of Associate Engagement at the same company from October 2015 to January 2019, focusing on programs related to onboarding, socialization, rewards, recognition, and learning and development. Lourdes also held the position of Director of Human Resources at Lennar Corporation from June 2006 to October 2015 and worked as the Regional HR Director for the East Coast Region during that time, developing strategies to address HR challenges for over 1,100 Associates across nine states. Earlier in the career, Lourdes was an Employee Relations Specialist at Ascend One Corporation from 1998 to 2006. Lourdes holds education credentials from Pennsylvania State University-Erie Campus and the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras.
