Previously, at UBank from September 2018 to May 2022, Erin achieved significant milestones, including the launch of Mia, Australia's first digital human in the home loan sector, and developed features for the home loan application tracker that enhanced customer and banker interactions. Prior experience at Yahoo spanned from September 2010 to June 2018, where Erin managed digital presences for major TV shows and internal systems, overseeing multiple product launches and large-scale projects. Earlier roles include Online Producer at Universal Magazines and IT Assistant at Australian Poker League. Erin holds a BA in Information Systems, Computer Science from Australian Catholic University, and has completed various certifications in graphic design and multimedia.
